Rapper and CEO of AMG Business, Criss Waddle has opened up about the early beginnings of his life, the struggle and pain he had to endure to be a star in the Ghanaian entertainment industry.
Through the rappers Facebook post, he said, life turned upside down when his dad divorced his mom at the age of six (6) for another woman rendering them to perch in a wooden kiosk owned by a vegetable trader.
“My mum and dad had a serious fight which lead to their divorce, my dad kicked my mum and I out of his house because his second wife from Germany had come for a visit. We went to live in a wooden structure owned by a lady who use to come to our family house to sell tomatoes, pepper, onions etc. to us…” the post read.
He added, this situation took the scales of his eyes to realize no condition in this world was permanent hence the need for people to be nice and hospitable to everyone they meet regardless the role they play.
“Guess what my first experience about “no condition is permanent was at age 6 and that’s why I try to be nice and good to everyone I meet in life because same lady who use to have this Apampam store became our land lady overnight…”
In the end, the multiple award winning rapper disclosed all those who looked down on him had no option than to look up to him, reason he is mindful of the way he treats anyone since childhood.
“Even if I make $5 million tomorrow, my mentality about respecting humans in general can’t change, I am mindful of the way I treat humans because whoever looked down on me years ago looks up to me now….Story of Ma life…” he explained.
