Ghana’s seasoned movie producer, Mr. Socrate Sarfo, has told howbiz971 that his love for the New Patriotic Party (NPP) stems from the fact that he believes in the pragmatic developmental ideas of President –Elect Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo and the NPP.
“I grew up to hate mediocrity and cherish quality life, which I believe the NPP also stands for, hence my open support for the party”. Socrates told Hostess Melvina Frimpong Manso.
He said the NPP’s manifesto on the creative Arts Industry, which included building Theatres in all regions of the country was quite re-assuring for the development of the Creative Arts Industry in Ghana. The NPP has also identified the Creative Arts Industry as one of the most lucrative industries in the world and would pursue it.
Socrates Sarfo urged his colleagues and Ghanaians in general to desist from provocative celebration of the NPP victory, in order not to create any chaos in the nation- “the victory is for all Ghanaians he said.
