The Ashanti Regional branch of Ghana Actors Guild has donated an amount of Gh 3,500 to Joseph Nana Osei Kofi aka Wayoosi.
The group led by the region’s chairman, Bill Asamoah made the present on Friday, August 19 to the actor at his house in Kumasi. Executives of the association issued a statement soliciting for funds from members when the actor was on admission at the Komfo Anokye Teaching Hospital.
Executives who joined Bill Asamoah to make the donation were Honey Frimpong, James Effo Mensah, Ama Oduma, Monica Effah and others.
Zionfelix.net is informed that the association earlier gave the actor Gh 2,500 out of the total amount when he was at the hospital to aid in paying his bills.
Bill and the leaders handed Gh 1000 to Wayoosi when they visited him on Friday.
