Ye! Boost Program Offers Scholarships For Young Entrepreneurs

The Ye! Boost Program is a one-year entrepreneurship program for young entrepreneurs from Kenya, Ghana and the Philippines. It provides training, coaching, networking and international exchange opportunities to help young entrepreneurs build a business and grow it.

Ye! is offering scholarships to 30 young entrepreneurs from Kenya, Ghana and the Philippines to participate in the Ye! Social Enterprise Boost Camp. The Ye! Social Enterprise Boost Camp is a week-long acceleration and networking event, taking place on Oct 12-16 in Amsterdam, the Netherlands.

The scholarships will cover return flights and lodging. Selected young entrepreneurs will receive intensive trainings on startup acceleration, network with European entrepreneurs and have the opportunities to pitch your startup to investors!

The scholarships include 6 full scholarships: covering returned flights, lodging and participation fees of the Boost Camp 24 partial scholarships: covering returned flights and lodging. You will only need to pay a discounted participation fee of 300 euro for the Boost Camp

Applicant criteria Between 16 and 30 years’ old Possess nationality from Kenya, Ghana or the Philippines Have a (social) business which provides an innovative solution, particularly in agriculture, education, IT, health and clean energy The business must be legally incorporated

How to apply

The scholarship awardees will be selected via an online video competition. Upload a two-minute video about your business idea on http://yecommunity.com/en/contest/ye-social-enterprise-boost-camp Share to your social network and invite people to vote!

Submission deadline: July 31st.

* Full scholarships will be awarded to the entrepreneurs that gets the most votes!
