Dalex Finance and Leasing Company, one of Ghana’s leading payroll lenders has rewarded its outstanding and hardworking sales executives who helped the company to achieve its targets in 2016.
The award, which is in its third year, is given to top performing Sales Executives and Team Leads across the Country.
This year, saw eight sales executives awarded with all-expense paid including Tour site fees and spending money trip to Dubai. The awardees who are currently in Dubai left Accra on Saturday February 25 and are expected to return on March 4, 2017.
Speaking to the thebftonline.com, the National Sales Coordinator at Dalex Finance and Leasing Company Patience Dordunu said the reward, is to motivate the Sales Executives to work hard within the year to meet targets set for them.
“Sales is tough. To be able to sell a product, you have to be passionate and excited about what you are selling. Rewarding our star performers annually with this package will inspire others to emulate their hard work.”
“These salesmen and women displayed exceptional commitment and dedication to beating their sales targets and improving the company’s performance,” she added.
She added that, as part of the ongoing process the Dalex Academy for Excellence had been training all their sales executives to follow best practices to bring out the six main characteristics of the products they sell which are Care, Honesty, Availability, Respect, Trust, and Secrets.
One of the awardees, James Arthur who won the Best Sales Team Lead for the northern sector said, “I am very excited about this trip. This is my first time traveling out of the country and I’m really looking forward to nice time with my colleagues.”
Other winners were James Nii Commey Best Sales Executive – Eastern Sector, Seyram Tetteh Best Sales Team Leader – Southern Sector, Kwbena Ngumina Best Sales Executive – Northern Sector, Paul Ntatia Best Sales TeaM Leader – Eastern Sector, Prince Kwafo Best Sales Team Leader – Central Sector, Stephen Nyantekye Best Sales Executive – Southern Sector and Francis Chakol Best Sales Executive – Central Sector.
