The Miss Nigeria USA 2015 pageant took place at the Alvin Ailey Theater, in New York City on May 24th. Nigerian rapper and singer, Banky W, The current Miss Africa USA, Meron Wudneh, together with other celebrities graced the pageant.
There was a total of 18 contestants with their ages ranging between 18-28. The pageant was founded in 2014, with the aim of celebrating the Nigerian woman while appreciating the beauty, talent, skills and other unique attributes and goals she exhibits.
The Miss Nigeria USA Pageant Event contestants were given the opportunity to demonstrate their physical, cultural and intellectual attributes as a goodwill ambassadors.
The winner of the pageant, Miss Cross River (Udukwu Francees), will be representing Miss Nigeria USA Pageant and Nigeria during the Miss Africa USA contest in September which will be held in Silver Spring Maryland.
