Nigerian Army Kill Two Boko Haram Insurgents, Seize Sex Drugs in Ambush

The Nigeria Army reported today its soldiers last night staged an ambush of Boko Haram terrorists, killing two of them and wounding several. In addition, the troops reportedly seized some weapons and other items, including Viagra, the sex-enhancing drug.
In a statement signed by Colonel Sani Kukasheka Usman, its acting Director of Public Relations, the Army revealed that it mounted the ambush after receiving information that suspected Islamist insurgents had a crossing point across Maiduguri-Bulabulin-Damboa Road.
He stated that Nigerian troops belonging to the 81 Battalion and 251 Task Force Battalion, both of 25 Task Force Brigade, ambushed the terrorists who were crossing from Sambisa Forest on motorcycles and bicycles. The suspected Boko Haram insurgents were apparently supplying logistics to their counterparts recently displaced from Sambisa Forest as a result of ongoing military operations.
Colonel Usman disclosed that soldiers recovered one AK-47 assault rifle, one hand grenade, and four AK-47 magazines loaded with ammunition. He stated that three motorcycles, 10 bicycles, five rechargeable lamps, military uniforms, five liters of kerosene, tool kits, food items, Viagra, clothing, footwear, and bathroom slippers were also seized from the suspected insurgents.
“From all indications, the terrorists attempted to resupply and sell the items to other terrorists hibernating elsewhere after being displaced from parts of Sambisa forest,” according to Colonel Usman’s statement. He added that “troops have continued with the clearance and rescue operations while others are maintaining blocking positions.”
